Democrats Lynch Voters in Michigan and Florida

Who are the leaders of an American political party to decide that voters from Michigan and Florida don’t count? Here’s the story in a nutshell: The party leaders of those two states decided to move their primary dates closer to the beginning of the year. The National leadership decided to punish these leaders by deciding to 1.) Not have their voice count in the upcoming primary elections 2.) Disallow any candidate from campaigning there.

What kind of rules are these? Are these not independent states? Are they not allowed to move their elections as they see fit? How can a national organization, no wait, a national political organization decide that the millions of people there are not allowed (more…)
