Mr. Chang was at Hot Lap Dance Club near Madison Square Garden when the stripper swiveled and smacked him in the face with the heel of her shoe. The Associated Press contacted the manager of the Hot Lap Dance Club who said he was unaware of the accident or the lawsuit.

That stripper might have mis-stepped but where was this guy’s head anyway?

Get the debt up to record levels! Just as it looks as though major defaults may be around the corner, spin the company off in an IPO! That way, when all the Visa credit card users are up to their hats in debt and start a massive round of defaults, have the investors of the shiny new Visa IPO pick up the tab. And did you read that the Investment houses like J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs made sure they had their best clients buy up the stock to thwart a rapid sell off ala Blackstone? It seems more like they were dumping it off to the ones more likely to be able to afford living with a dog with fleas. Who says they don’t have a heart?

Craigslist.org Not Liable for Illegal ads

In a return to common sense, a federal appeals court has found that Craigslist is not liable for discriminatory housing ads posted on its site. A group of Chicago lawyers sued the website because some of the ads contained on the website included notices that discriminated against minorities. A three judge panel of the Seventh Circuit of the U.S Court of Appeals said simply: Craigslist is not a publisher of these ads in the same way a newspaper would be. Madonna Divorce: She’s Leaving London for New York

Madonna is splitting with her English husband Guy Ritchie and is moving back to New York. Guy Ritchie didn’t show up at Madonna’s induction to the Rock “n” Roll Hall of Fame and rumors are floating of their eminent break up. According to sources the split is amicable, it is just that the couple have fallen out of love with each other. Madonna has been on the road promoting her new album Hard Candy while guy is working on movie projects. The couple wed in 2000.

Madonna is moving her kids: Lourdes 11, Rocco 7, and David Banda 2 to an undisclosed New York location. David Banda joined the family recently as a result of a 2006 adoption. Charles Manson and his band of mostly women, killed among others, Sharon Tate, an eight and a half month pregnant woman. Manson was sentenced to death but later had the sentence commuted to life in prison. The story was shocking back in 1969 when it broke and is equally chilling when you consider this case has been closed for almost 40 years and new evidence of the vicousness of the Manson family come to light.
