er wait I meant Mary Ann.

Freudian slip? Dawn Wells played the part of Mary Ann in the 60’s TV hit Gilligan Island. On February 29 she was sentenced to five days in jail and $410.50 according to the Associated Press.

Dawn was driving home from her surprise 69th birthday party when Teton County sheriffs Deputy Joseph Gutierrez pulled her over for swerving and speeding up and slowing down. When he asked her about the smell of Marijhuana in the car Wells explained t hat she just had three hitchhikers in the car and she dropped them off when they started smoking “something”.

Oh, baby, Dawn. It sounds like we might have a FutonPoncho with your name on it!

Dawn Wells attorney Ron Swafford maintains the marijuana was left in the car by a friend who testified to the fact, and her erratic driving was due to the fact that she was trying to operate the heater controls on her new car.

Go Dawn…Don’t let them treat you like a criminal when they are the ones that bring the stuff here for everyone and then pretend that citizens are bad for smoking it. They are the criminals! If they could continue to make $300.00 an ounce…They’d make it legal..Oh yea, I forgot, then they wouldn’t be able to collect fines, clog jails, and ruin peoples’ lives. Guess that will never happen.
